Up, Up & Away is a boutique behavioral consulting agency that provides center based, school, and in-home ABA services to young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related disabilities. We are currently providing services in Palm Beach County. Our team is composed of experienced therapists who have a passion for using behavior analysis to promote positive behavior change for our clients and their families. All clinical programs are over seen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implemented by a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As a boutique practice we provide timely and personalized attention to each of our clients and their families. Taking advantage of advancements in technology we are able to provide parents with real time updates on their child’s progress. Parents receive daily notes from their child’s therapist, as well as access to their child’s graphs so they can be active participants in their child’s therapy, even when they are unable to attend a therapy session.

Kara O’Reilly, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Kara’s journey into the field of speech language pathology was inspired by her younger sister, who has autism.
Kara completed her undergraduate degree in an unrelated field. After working in corporate America for a period of time, she felt unfulfilled and needed a change. She was sitting with her sister on the couch one night, going over flash cards and had the realization that this was something she wanted to do as a career. Kara left her job, obtained her master’s degree at Adelphi University and maintains that this was the single greatest decision she has ever made for herself.
Kara started working in an elementary school and then made the change to a middle school to work predominantly in self-contained autism classrooms. Her passion truly lies with autism.
When she’s not working you can find Kara at the beach with her husband and two young children.
